The Boyfriend Denim Series: Part III
Let's talk about boyfriend SHORTS! Hello, these things are just as amazing as my favorite pair of boyfriend jeans. They're roomy and comfy with a little bit of distress, plus they're the longest pair of shorts I own. Boyfriend shorts are just as versatile as boyfriend jeans, and can be dressed up or down. Maybe that can be an upcoming post...the dressier boyfriend short.
For this day I wanted to be super casual. My husband and I love food...deliciously-bad-for-you food....like burgers and fries. I am partial to Fatburger; the hubs prefers Shake Shack. So when he realized one had just recently opened in our hood, we obviously had to pay it a special visit. Of course it also had to be the same day I mentally promised myself to start eating healthier...that idea went down the drain pretty fast. Anyway, it was a Sunday and I just wanted to relax and be easy so I threw on my boyfriend shorts, my new plaid shirt that I'm absolutely in love with (it's unbelievably soft), and my white Birks. My hair was a mess and I had on no makeup (easy, internet trolls, don't hate). It was probably for the best though because on our walk home it started to rain. Which explains why there aren't that many images...I'm sugar, I'll melt in the rain. Luckily, we made it back right before the torrential downpour.
