A Day at the Museum
I've officially started my NYC bucket list (follow along on Instagram by searching the hashtag #ttfbnycbucketlist). You'd think after living here for almost a decade, I'd have seen everything by now. Wrong...I mostly avoided high-tourist-traffic areas...ain't nobody got time for that! The crowds, the lines, the waiting...ehh!
My first Christmas in New York, my younger sister and nephew visited from Mississippi, and we went to the American Museum of Natural History. I don't remember much about it, other than it being ridiculously crowded, and seeing the huge whale. My husband hadn't been to the museum since elementary school, so making a second trip was something we both wanted to do before leaving. I was especially excited to see the Rose Center, and it was probably my favorite part of the entire museum.
